Our Approach
IFTA is a powerful collaboration between Kunoch and Songhai, both renowned industry leaders united by common objectives. At our core lies a comprehensive strategy to address the triple challenge of poverty, unemployment, and environmental degradation in Africa. Additionally, our approach aims to democratize Agribusiness, making it accessible to the average African while promoting sustainable practices for a better future.
Integrated Production System
This system significantly enhances agricultural sustainability by optimizing natural resources, inputs, and waste management. It effectively interconnects primary and secondary produce between systems, maximizing yields for a stable and higher income.
Knowledge & Innovation
New and emerging global concepts, principles, and worldviews from modern science are articulated, taught, and harnessed to search for solutions to critical problems such as youth unemployment, low productivity, environmental degradation, and socio-economic issues. Access to knowledge in the emerging sustainable or Green Agribusiness sector and the IT-enabled economy is the basic orientation of this intervention.
Incubation Space
We provide an effective incubation space where new competencies are developed. By participating in design, development, and production activities, trainees will develop the technical, organizational, and managerial skills necessary to become successful entrepreneurs within their respective agricultural value chains.
Mandate and Leverage
We have a clear mandate to train, incubate, and leverage the seeding of our graduates and the creation of new enterprises. Graduates from our training programs are supported across essential services such as marketing, procurement, hospitality, networking, financial advisory, and advocacy programs.
